How do park homes differ from conventional houses?2023-06-15T15:26:28+01:00

Our homes are indistinguishable from conventional bungalows in terms of appearance and comfort.

They feature all the modern amenities you would expect, such as double glazing, gas central heating, and mains electricity. The difference lies in the construction method.

Our homes are built off-site and then transported and finished off on location, once the home is fully constructed, brick skirt steps, decking and any other exterior decorations are finished

The modern park home exterior is not only made to be attractive it provides a weatherproof barrier that will last.

All new park homes meet the British Standard BS 3632 Specification for Residential Homes and Residential Lodges, ensuring they adhere to the highest safety standards and specifications regarding stability, ventilation, and energy efficiency.

What ongoing costs am I responsible for?2023-06-14T13:38:33+01:00

Ground Rent/Pitch Fee

Ground rent is paid monthly and can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.

This fee is amended once every year to keep in line with inflation.

Gas & Electricity

Gas is supplied in 47kg bottles. These can be ordered from the office. One of our team will hook it up and take the empty bottle away.

Electricity is metered, and a reading is taken each month. A bill is then sent out to you, and the standing charge is spilt across all of our park homeowners.

Water & Sewerage Services

Sewerage is billed monthly and is charged at the same time as the pitch fee.
